Nanoforce Technology Limited is a company set up through the Micro and Nanotechnology (MNT) funding from the Department of Trade and Industry (now the Technology Strategy Board) and the London Development Agency to exploit and disseminate nano technology to the creative industries and beyond. Nanoforce is based on the campus of Queen Mary, University of London and benefits from a vast array of established expertise in the field of nano science. Nanoforce is located in a purpose-built facility providing of lab space equipped with up-to-date processing, analytical and physical testing equipment to undertake product research and development. The major activities are focused on the application of nano technology to films, fibres, textiles and ceramics.
